Art, music, and entertainment business

Defenses from removal / deportation practice

Asylum is available to those that have suffered persecution on account oftheirrace, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. Non-residents in removal proceedings may apply for Cancellation of Removal if they have been continuously present in the United States for at least 10 years before the issuance of a Notice to Appear. Learn More

601A waiver is available to certain immigrant visa applicants who are married to U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs).
